Weekly Yoga Classes with Lana Lontos

Get out of your head and into the body. Thoughtful movement and meditation in small group classes to explore the process of being present, cultivating inner trust and letting go. Intimate class sizes allow for individual attention and support while also providing  a quiet and spacious environment for people to better know themselves.

A contemplative class that explores the alignment and therapeutic gifts of every posture. The spaces in between the postures will explore stillness as a means of reconnecting to yourself, finding ground and rejuvenating the mind.
