Become aware of the ways in which you stifle your energy and find new reservoirs of support in your body, relationships and environment. This group will expand your horizons with yoga postures, breathing practice, mindfulness, self-inquiry and interpersonal explorations so that you may meet life courageously. Ideal for anyone with a desire to free up their excitement for a more fully engaged life.

No experience necessary. This group is appropriate for people experiencing anxiety, panic, insomnia and other stress related symptoms. Interested individuals must arrange for a brief phone interview with Simone prior to being accepted to the group.
